The therapist is doing incredible work on the psychological side, but the client can't find a doctor who understands addiction, who won't judge them, who can prescribe MAT and manage their blood pressure in the same visit.

First visit is typically 45–60 minutes for a comprehensive evaluation.

Ongoing communication loop: you'll know about medication changes, lab orders, and follow-up plans.
